What is the Blyss Trust Score, and how do you use it?
Every Blyss candidate can carry a Trust Score out of 100 on their Blyss Trust Card - one number that answers the question a reference call is supposed to answer, before you spend an afternoon making those calls. It is built from three things Blyss can actually evidence:
Work experience — 30 points
Scored on verified months worked: under 6 months earns 5, 6–12 earns 10, 1–2 years earns 20, 2–3 years earns 25, and 3+ years earns the full 30.
On-job performance — 40 points
Three rated metrics: professional behaviour (13), quality of work (13) and appearance & professionalism (14), each scored out of five stars.
Employer feedback — 30 points
Six structured reference questions answered 1–5 by past employers: would rehire, punctual & dependable, team player, integrity & honesty, overall satisfaction, and would recommend.

Use the band to shortlist and the Trust Card to decide. Two people can reach the same score for opposite reasons - one on years of service with thin references, another on glowing employer feedback with barely a year of work - and the breakdown tells you which hire you are actually making. One thing the score is not: a background check. CVC and EFIR decide whether someone is safe to onboard at all; the Trust Score tells you how well they have worked once onboarded. Read them together - and remember a genuinely new joiner scores low simply because there is no track record to score yet.
